Now
Every season brings new ideas, new questions, and new areas of focus. Here you'll find what I am currently reading, writing, researching, and creating. Not a finished story, but a glimpse into the chapter I am living right now.
Reading
Ikigai means “a reason for being.” It encourages us to discover what we love, what we are good at, what the world needs, and what we can be rewarded for. Where these four meet, purpose begins. Success gives you achievements; Ikigai gives those achievements meaning, direction, and fulfilment.
Writing
Social Bubbles is a book of understanding about the world and their rules. As humans live in certain society, there is an issue, the rules that follow us and we the need to abide by it. If you break the rules, you are immediately termed as anti-social. Many revolutions around the world are a result of breaking the social bubbles.
Researching
Cultural change can create uncertainty and resistance. Narrative framing turns change into a shared purpose by showing where an organisation is, where it is going, and how people can contribute. By connecting transformation with values and identity, storytelling builds understanding, trust, and commitment. People embrace change when they believe in its story.
Creating
In a world flooded with information, attention is scarce and clarity is powerful. This talk explores how storytelling, psychology, and communication make ideas persuasive and memorable. Whether building a brand, leading a team, or influencing decisions, one principle stands out: the most powerful ideas are not the loudest—they are the clearest.
Other
